Made reservation through chatting on their website. Massage within 1,5 hr after contact. When entering venue, shoes are asked to take off and put aside. Seating in sitbags, recovering from daily life, the masseur/masseuse will do short 'intake' and within couple of minutes you're invited to have the massage as requested. Mine was a neck, shoulder and back massage of 40 mins. by Cristina. First part was a chair massage in the central treating room, which was already very recovering. The second part was in a semi-private 'private' room, where more specific treatment of neck, shoulder and back was performed. Very professional massage, with genuine attention for stressed muscels and wellbeing of yourself. A very nice experience, due to Cristina who has special Reiki dimensions. ~ Ruud v

Dans le top 3 des meilleurs massages de ma vie! Nous étions 5 et nous sommes ressorties unanimes. Nous avons toutes pris un massage différent. Le massage grossesse est génial. On a choisis l’intensité de la pression, les zones qu’on voulait faire masser, celle qu’on ne souhaitait pas. Best. Massage. I’ve ever had. Hands down. I have had massages from four and five star hotel spas within our travels that do not come close to Terra Heal. I had Rita who was so kind and in tune with her craft that I trusted her fully so I could totally relax. My husband had Elza, who was also impressive. He could not believe her strength as she is a small lady. The prices are more than reasonable as we got two 90min massages for the price of one 60 min at our hotel spa. Not to say this spa is not fancy! The ambience is fantastic. Clean and quiet. We went into immediate relaxation mode. We actually may go back a second time on the day before we leave for home. J’ai vraiment apprécié mon expérience à Terra Heal. Les thérapeutes sont très professionnels. Ils n’hesitent pas à demander si ils doivent insister sur des zones particulières en cas de douleurs. I absolutely loved my experience at Terra Heal. I was fortunate to receive a holistic facial from Camila and easily booked a last-minute massage add-on when I arrived. The moment you enter the space, you feel at ease. Camila was also warm, professional and adaptable during my massage, listening to my needs and the areas of my body that needed extra support. My skin is also very sensitive, and I’ve had mixed experiences in the past with facials, but my facial was gentle - yet effective - and left my skin glowing and nourished. Tension melted away during the massage, and I was able to feel more grounded during a stressful moving experience. I highly recommend booking a healing session (or two or more) at Terra Heal, and I will definitely be back when I’m in Lisbon! ~ Suzan A

Une excellente expérience pour ma part avec une thérapeute sympathique et incroyablement douée. Ce moment était parfait. Attention cependant une personne de mon groupe d'amis a été massé sur un matelas au sol et ce n'était pas une expérience agréable. Ambiente maravilhoso, harmonioso, técnicos muito simpáticos e muito qualificados. Atendimento perfeito. Já ia nos tempos em que estavam no Martim Moniz e fiquei com pena quando fecharam a praça mas depois descobri através de um amigo que estavam na Rua da Madalena e claro que fui logo. First, this place is stunning. I could feel a warmth and a sense of peace when I walked in. I did my first ever session of Reiki and I honestly had no idea what to expect as far as results and feelings during the session. Unfortunately, I can’t remember the name of the therapist, but I felt both a sense of efficiency and competence with her. She deserves the praise, so I’m sad to not be able to give a name. I’ll spare the details, but I had a very good experience in general and am still feeling the effects of it now. She was able to give me a few words of wisdom that accurately matched what I needed to hear in that exact moment. **Her name was Rita. And I came back a couple of days later and had a 90 minute relaxation massage with Eliza which was equally as wonderful. ~ Mandy L

This place is magical. Literally felt transported away from the city and into a relaxing oasis as soon as I stepped into this little gem of a place! Beautiful relaxing decor, clean and smelt wonderful. The staff are some of the nicest people I’ve ever met so kind, friendly and genuinely caring I cannot praise them highly enough ❤️ I visited with a friend as we were holidaying in Lisbon and had just had a busy day walking around Sintra - both opting for the Thai oil massage which was an absolute dream. It was my friends first ever massage and she literally felt reborn after wards it was that good! 100% recommend visiting this place if in Lisbon, it’s the best massage I’ve ever had and the staff are so professional and lovely. Great experience! Pricing is clear, straightforward, and affordable. There are many options for different types of massages. I chose deep tissue/sports recovery and did not regret it. My therapist was extremely professional, caring, and took her time to work on the problematic areas on my back. She also stretched me well. In addition, the therapist was extremely careful and listened to my preferences by asking how much pressure I prefer. I asked for the max pressure which was tough at times, but I felt really good afterwards. Facilities were clean and cozy. Light relaxing ambient music added to the overall therapeutic atmosphere. I was offered tea & water which is always nice. Great massage, friendly service, big thanks to my therapist, highly recommended! 👍 ~ Friderikas

Realizei uma massagem terapêutica (1h) com a Terapeuta Jennifer e, devo dizer, que foi um investimento que valeu a pena! Procurei este tipo de massagem porque estava com imensas contraturas (devido a desporto e má postura em teletrabalho) e foi a melhor massagem que já recebi nos últimos tempos! Inclusive comparativamente a massagens que realizei recentemente na Tailândia. Super recomendo! ~ Maria C

Sehr sehr gute Massage (Ayurveda) erhalten. Spontan vorbei gegangen und es war direkt möglich, eine Massage zu erhalten. Es war für mich auch genau die richtige stärke. Die Einrichtung ist sehr harmonisch und man fühlt sich direkt wohl. Die Dame am Empfang war auch sehr freundlich und hat mir alles erklärt, sowie das übliche abgefragt. I am a Canadian solo female traveller visiting Lisbon, Portugal for the first time. This is my 5th day here so I thought I’d try a 60min Foot Reflexology massage. My therapist was Ana L and she was absolutely wonderful! 🥰 Her knowledge in Traditional Chinese Medicine exceeded my expectations and her foot reflexology skills were excellent. At the end of my session she explained which pressure points caused me pain and why, as well as gave me suggestions on what to eat and drink to rebalance my body. I love this kind of feedback!! I have tried foot reflexology in many parts of the world when I travel and I will say Ana L is definitely in my top 3 list. If I lived in Lisbon, I would be making appointments with her every month! Massage duo relax de 90 minutes. Je ressors de ce massage très détendue et enchantée. Un massage d'une très grande qualité : pression médium, une attention portée à l'état de forme général et un travail sur les zones qui en ont besoin. Le lieu est très beau, bien décoré et apaisant. My dad and I came here looking to relax and release the tension from our bodies. we definetly did that and more! My therapist was Binot and he was phenomenal. Everyone knows exactly what they are doing and is very professional. I can tell they all enjoy what they do. After just one session I felt liberated from the tension and stress my muscles hold. There was a conversation before the massage where our therapists asked what we were looking for in the session and how they could help. The whole experience was very personalized. One of the best massages I've had, I will be coming back often. I walked in around 8pm on a Saturday night, very soon after a minor accident on one of the many scooters available for rent around Lisbon. I was unharmed, but shaken, and as I was walking by Terra Heal I decided in the moment to see if they had any availability for a relaxing massage. They did, and it was truly wonderful, just what I needed. Unfortunately I forget the name of my therapist (as I mentioned, I was quite shaken at the time) but he listened to more than I said, and is the only person so far who's actually used firm pressure when I asked for it. It was intense, and so was the sense of relief I felt afterwards. Thank you! ~ Daniel B

A nivel da execução da massagem, a massagista sempre preocupada se eu estava bem, se podia continuar com a mesma intensidade ou se desejava menos, como me estava sentindo, etc. Resumindo, estou bastante satisfeito com a prestação de serviço. If you're trying to figure out which massage place is best, look no further! This place lives up to the hype! I booked a couples massage and everybody was very kind and sweet. From the moment you step in there's a very relaxing atmosphere and you are warmly welcomed in. The atmosphere was even cozier when you step downstairs into the massage area. The massage itself was also very good. They listened to what problem areas we both had and focused on those areas but still have a massage to the other areas, leaving my partner and I both relaxed and feeling looser. Overall very great experience, so good we booked another service for the same day! They'd got a large variety of services to choose from and from an affordable price as well. ~ Anika
